Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Items are eligible for return within 14/30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

    • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, customized items, and digital products are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Returns

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
