Refund Policy

At SN Greenhaven, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a purchase.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 14/30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, customized items, and digital products are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the product was faulty or we sent the wrong item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
